The firm engaged Taller to provide the QA backbone for its developer experience portal, one of the internal platforms its own developers and operations teams run on.

02

The firm had no centralized platform for creating and controlling internal developments: time lost, repeated errors, and a difficult user experience, with partial ServiceNow automations covering only fragments of the process. Internal users lost around eight hours a week finding the correct form to complete and gathering the needed information, and without a single platform there was no consistent way to govern the firm's internal cloud environments.

03

Taller QA engineers were an essential part of the quality backbone of the firm's developer experience portal: the platform that now lets internal teams manage the whole process from infrastructure creation through security approvals to production release. The team converted specific security-validation actions into automated checks product teams relied on, built blackbox test automation with Playwright, validated APIs with Bruno, and ran the suites through Azure DevOps, tailoring the framework to the firm's constraints and keeping pace with a platform that changed constantly. Three Taller QA engineers worked embedded side by side with the firm's own staff under SAFe Scrum.

04

The internal delivery process is now roughly five times faster and ten times more reliable and easier to use and manage. The eight hours a week users wasted hunting for the right forms are gone. Internal teams now spend that time improving their applications, which has improved both time-to-market and the quality of what ships.
